Bungee Bootcamp

A mixture of Bungee Fitness and HIIT! The absolute most fun you can have getting your butt kicked... EVER!! Grab a friend or two and come sweat, workout, giggle and get stronger together!!

Gentle Yoga

Tuesdays & Thursdays 1:30-2:30pm (60 min class) taught by Donna

Beyond the Basics- yoga for those with a basic yoga pose practice. Experiencing new combinations and variations of poses is part of the excitement of joining this class. Focused on achieving a peaceful mind and body. Class will emphasize safe body alignment in poses, deepening the pose(s)to increase flexibility, muscle strength and tone, as well as breath and balance control. Participants will be challenged to discover new poses, but always with a focus on body awareness and safety. Yoga is an excellent way to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress, improve circulation, flexibility, strength, stability, limberness, and balance. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, and protects joints.

Hit, Kick, & Core

Mondays @ 8:30am & Tuesdays @ 6pm (45 min class) taught by Michelle

Hit, Kick & Core is a fun fusion of boxing, kickboxing and core training! This class will use drills and techniques from these sports in a non-contact setting, usually in the form of a circuit. You'll be using punching bags, doing shadow boxing, jumping rope, working on the speed bag, and partnering up using sparring/kick pads. Boxing & Kickboxing are considered some of the best all-around high intensity exercise classes to get you in great shape! Its been proven that people feel more calm, more focused and less anxious after a boxing/kickboxing class. Sweat, hit, kick and laugh your way through this class. You never know what heart-pumping fun we'll have, so show up to find out!! Bring gloves if you have them... if not, we have a couple "community" pair.

Steppin' It Up

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 8:30am (45 min class) taught by Kendra

Are you looking for a more vigorous fitness class? STEPPING IT UP is a rigorous class of standing exercises. Chairs will be available for balance assistance as needed. This class includes cardio exercises for heart health. Strength building, toning, core development, flexibility, and balance development are the center of the exercises included in each session. Weights, bands with handles, balls and blocks will be used in the class. All participants are encouraged to recognize and work within safe exertion levels.

Crunch & Cardio

Join us for a lunch snack pack of core work and cardio as we rev up your midday blahs so you can finish the rest of your day like a BOSS!

Accessible Yoga

Mondays @ 1pm & Thursdays @ 10:30 am - taught by Michele F (60 min class)

Accessible Yoga is a beginner class using therapeutic methods in Yoga postures through the use of props. It helps to increase flexibility and mobility through a slow paced style. Its supportive of mental, physical and spiritual needs. Class is designed for beginners.

Aerial Yoga

Wednesdays @ 6:15pm (60 min class) taught by Donna

This is an all levels Aerial Yoga class. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not required. Must be in good physical health. Aerial yoga provides a deeper stretch of the fibers of the body, as well as building body strength. You will use the connection of the many yoga breathing techniques to enrich the aerial yoga experience. Balancing the body in many poses is challenging and rewarding as you learn to meld breathing, stretching and strengthening. And, aerial yoga gives a new meaning to inversions!! You will end each session suspended and floating in savasana (restful pose). Bring a mat, water and towel, and wear NO jewelry! Class attendees that are 16-18 years of age, must have a consent/waiver form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Cardio Drumming

Thursdays @ noon w/ Kendra

Bring out your inner rock star and come drum to the fun beats of some of your favorite tunes! You'll dance, move, squat and get in an amazing workout before you know it! Kendra will lead you through each song with moves that will have your muscles toned and heart rate up. Come have a blast on Thursdays @ noon.

Pump It Up

Come lift weights with the beat of the music! This total body workout will tone you up!
