Bungee Bootcamp

Mondays: 6:00 pm with Jessica, Wednesdays: 11:30 am & Thursdays: 6:00 pm with Christy.

Bungee Fitness is a new form of moderately intense exercise that's REALLY FUN! You won't even realize you've worked out until the class is over!! Bungee fitness is the latest craze and its HERE at Premier Fitness Studio!! Bungee is great for those interested in a moderate to intense workout. Modifications can be made for most injuries, but please be sure to let the instructor know before class starts, if you need modifications for knees/hips. Please make sure to wear fitted apparel and shoes (no slip-ons). Loose or baggy clothes can impede some of your movements. Bring water and a sweat towel... you'll definitely need both!! Bungee Bootcamp is a mixture of Bungee Fitness and HIIT! The absolute most fun you can have getting your butt kicked... EVER!! Grab a friend or two and come sweat, workout, giggle and get stronger, together!! We use the Bungee Sling, not the harness! After trying the harness and not being able to walk properly for a few days, I looked for alternatives and found the sling! Its fun and if you can't walk the next day, its because the workout was GREAT, not that it rubbed you in all the wrong places! There are a limited number of Bungee's available, so make sure to download our Premier Fitness Studio app on Apple & Android, to reserve your spot today! Registration opens 72 hours prior to the start of class. If its your first class, please come a few minutes early so that we can get you set up prior to the start of class. We can't wait to bounce off the walls with you!!

Gentle Yoga

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 2:00 pm

Beyond the Basics- yoga for those with a basic yoga pose practice. Experiencing new combinations and variations of poses is part of the excitement of joining this class. Focused on achieving a peaceful mind and body. Class will emphasize safe body alignment in poses, deepening the pose(s)to increase flexibility, muscle strength and tone, as well as breath and balance control. Participants will be challenged to discover new poses, but always with a focus on body awareness and safety. Yoga is an excellent way to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress, improve circulation, flexibility, strength, stability, limberness, and balance. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, and protects joints. We look forward to meeting you and the first class is complimentary!

Hit, Kick, & Core

Tuesdays: 6:00 pm

Christy will make Hit, Kick & Core a fun fusion of boxing, kickboxing and core training! You will use drills and techniques from these sports in a non-contact setting, usually in the form of a circuit. You'll be using punching bags, doing shadow boxing, jumping rope, working on the speed bag, and partnering up using sparring/kick pads. Boxing & Kickboxing are considered some of the best all-around high intensity exercise classes to get you in great shape! Its been proven that people feel more calm, more focused and less anxious after a boxing/kickboxing class. Sweat, hit, kick and laugh your way through this class. You never know what heart-pumping fun we'll have, so show up to find out!! This class is great for all fitness levels. Because of the circuit style training, you do what you can do at each station! You'll need a pair of boxing gloves if you’re going to be a regular! (I have a couple pairs of "community gloves") Class costs is $12/drop-in, $55 for 5 Class Pass or $95 for 10 Class Pass

Steppin' It Up

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 8:30 am

Are you looking for a slightly more vigorous fitness class? Come join Gretchen for this great all-around workout! STEPPING IT UP is a light to moderate class of standing exercises. Chairs will be available for balance assistance as needed. This class includes cardio exercises for heart health. Strength building, toning, core development, flexibility, and balance development are the center of the exercises included in each session. Weights, bands with handles, balls and blocks will be used in the class. All participants are encouraged to recognize and work within safe exertion levels.

Aerial Yoga

Wednesdays: 6:00 pm & the 1st Saturday of each month

Join Gretchen for our areas only Aerial Yoga classes!! This is an all levels Aerial Yoga class. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not required. Must be in good physical health. Aerial yoga provides a deeper stretch of the fibers of the body, as well as building body strength. You will use the connection of the many yoga breathing techniques to enrich the aerial yoga experience. Balancing the body in many poses is challenging and rewarding as you learn to meld breathing, stretching and strengthening. And, aerial yoga gives a new meaning to inversions!! You will end each session suspended and floating in savasana (restful pose). Bring a mat, water, and towel, and wear NO jewelry! You must sign a liability waiver form prior to class. Class sizes are limited, so you must register on the Premier Fitness Studio app, available on Apple and Android, or on our website, Premier Fitness Studio, in order to reserve your spot. Registration opens 72 hours prior to the start of class. Class attendees that are 16-18 years of age, must have a consent/waiver form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
